Who needs the Code of Connection (CoCo) Compliance review?

1. Organisations which have not previously required a secure connection will need guiding through the processes needed to comply with the CoCo.
2. Organisations that have already procured a VEGA Express CoCo review may require further support to areas assess compliance and plan next steps.
3. Organisations which have a requirement to maintain a Code of Connection and require support assessing compliance following a change in government best practice guidance and policy.
   

What does VEGA's CoCo Compliance review offer?

Based on a proven track record, VEGA provides specialist expert advice to any organisation, large or small, which needs to connect to one or more secure government networks. We can guide an organisation through the processes required to comply with the CoCo. The CoCo Compliance review is the second of these modules, and will provide you with a CoCo Compliance Review baseline report, a Gap Analysis report, and an action plan.

CoCo Compliance review components

Through the CoCo Compliance review, VEGA will provide the organisation with several components:

• Start up meeting covering scope, objectives, major risk areas, and the deliverables VEGA will provide
• Full Network level review of the organisations ICT infrastructure, providing the client with further guidance on how to approach the CoCo. The review may take a few days depending on the organisation’s size and scale
• Detailed gap analysis is produced following the reiview, identifying areas of major risk and issues
• Full report containing the review’s findings and detailed gap analysis, identifying all major vulnerabilities, and listing areas of concern in priority order. This provides a clear view of the scope of the work required to comply with the CoCo.
• Action Plan to assist the organisation in developing an action plan detailing the tasks and investment required to become compliant.
