VEGA wins £4m intelligence contract

10 October 2005 - VEGA Group PLC (“VEGA”), the independent Programme and System Assurance Company today announces that it has been awarded a contract worth over £4m by the UK Government.

Under this contract VEGA will be responsible for building a secure information system for the UK intelligence community. Work starts in October 2005 and is expected to last up to three years, with 80% of the contract value being delivered in the first 18 months.
