RUSI briefing – 2011 UK Cyber Security Strategy

Following publication of the 2011 UK Cyber Security Strategy by the Cabinet Minister, Francis Maude, on 25 November, RUSI hosted the Office of Cyber Security and Information Assurance (OSCIA) for a rigorous debate on the new Cyber Security Strategy.

OSCIA representatives answered questions, listened to suggestions, and heard views on the Strategy's strengths and weaknesses. The briefing, sponsored by Finmeccanica Cyber Solutions – of which VEGA is a key member – was moderated by RUSI's Director of National Security and Resilience, Dr Tobias Feakin.
