Integrated Enterprise Architecture Conference 2010The Integrated Enterprise Architecture (EA) Conference was aimed at professional Enterprise Architects, Systems Engineers, CTOs and CIOs. The conference focused on how Enterprise Architecture is improving capability across Government and Defence, as well as the private sector.

 

As trusted advisors and expert practitioners in the field of Enterprise Architecture solutions, VEGA was pleased to sponsor the event. VEGA has lengthy experience supporting large and complex organisations such as the UK MOD and the European Space Agency in realising the benefits of Enterprise Architecture to better inform decision making and minimise risk.

 

For the 2010 conference, VEGA contributed to the conference programme under the title: “How an enterprise architecture approach is helping to improve Network Enabled Capability (NEC)”. The presentation centred on the benefits of such an approach in supporting an important Italian Army Programme called Forza NEC, but also provided examples where it has supported the Network Enabled Capability aspirations of the UK MOD.

 

Speaking alongside VEGA Enterprise Architecture consultants, was Rear Admiral Osvaldo Brogi, Deputy to the Head of C4I and Transformation department of Defence Staff, Italian MOD.
