Integrated Enterprise Architecture Conference 2010
9-10 March 2010, London, UK
The Integrated Enterprise Architecture (EA)
Conference was aimed at professional Enterprise Architects,
Systems Engineers, CTOs and CIOs. The conference focused on how
Enterprise Architecture is improving
capability across Government and Defence, as well as the private
sector.
As trusted advisors and expert practitioners in the field of
Enterprise Architecture solutions,
VEGA was pleased to sponsor the event. VEGA has lengthy experience
supporting large and complex organisations such as the UK MOD and
the European Space Agency in realising the benefits of Enterprise Architecture to better inform
decision making and minimise risk.
For the 2010 conference, VEGA contributed to the conference
programme under the title: “How an enterprise architecture
approach is helping to improve Network Enabled Capability
(NEC)”. The presentation centred on the benefits of such
an approach in supporting an important Italian Army Programme
called Forza NEC, but also provided examples where it has supported
the Network Enabled Capability aspirations of the UK MOD.
Speaking alongside VEGA Enterprise
Architecture consultants, was Rear Admiral Osvaldo Brogi,
Deputy to the Head of C4I and Transformation department of Defence
Staff, Italian MOD.
