Surrey County Council – CoCo compliance

Building upon its expertise and experience of secure government networks, VEGA conducted an in-depth technology review for Surry County Council in accordance with GCSX Code of Connection (CoCo) compliance.

Secure Government Agencies

VEGA is working to improve information-sharing across the community of Government departments and agencies responsible for the UK’s Security and Resilience.

Defence Information Infrastructure

VEGA is supporting the UK MOD in the development of a single secure and coherent information infrastructure, the Defence Information Infrastructure (Future) (DII (F)).

UK Border Agency

VEGA’s information security team helped with the successful roll out of the UK Border Agency’s biometrics collection system.

Criminal Records Bureau

VEGA provided specialist information accreditation to protect the data held by one of the Government’s most sensitive agencies.

Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB)

VEGA was asked by the UK Ministry of Defence to help them achieve full security accreditation to enable UK participation in a US shared military intelligence system.

Battlefield Information Collection & Exploitation System (BICES)

VEGA is providing long-term Information Assurance support to the Intelligence Information Solutions Delivery Team within the UK MOD.

eDisposals

Since 2002, VEGA has been assisting the Disposal Services Authority (DSA) in its security requirements for its eCommerce website, eDisposals.com.

Firelink

VEGA provides a broad range of CESG CLAS security expertise to the Fire and Rescue Service’s (FRS) Firelink project, a key element of the UK’s Critical National Infrastructure.

Government Connect

VEGA is at the heart of the Government Connect programme, providing specialist support to help create and roll out a private, secure, managed network for Local Authorities to support better collaboration between themselves and central government.
