Framework Agreements
VEGA is qualified under a variety of framework agreements,
enabling agreements and Service Catalogues, through which our
clients our able to procure services that match their specific
requirements, in a straightforward and uncomplicated manner.
Thanks to the terms and conditions of each agreement,
organisations can procure quality assured services and competitive
pricing to deliver overall value for money. The agreements provide
users with a reduced time and cost means of procuring a wide range
of IT consulting and business services.
VEGA is directly contracted with many individual organisations
to deliver ongoing support services. Additionally, VEGA holds
accredited supplier status with several industry recognised
procurement channels within its chosen market sectors including
Buying Solutions (formerly Catalist), the UK MOD's Information
& Communications Services (ICS) Catalogue, and under the MOD's
Framework Agreement for Technical Support (FATS3).
Buying Solutions (formerly Catalist)
Buying Solutions (formerly Catalist) is OGC's catalogue-based
procurement facility that provides pre-qualified suppliers to
government organisations with a reduced time and cost means of
procuring a wide range of IT consulting and business services.
VEGA is an accredited supplier under the Business Solutions
Consultancy frameworks for ICT Consultancy Services and Functional
Consultancy Services.

UK MOD ICS Catalogue
The Information & Communications Services (ICS) Catalogue
(previously the DCSA ICS Catalogue) is a quality assured
procurement vehicle for the provision of a wide range of specialist
support, primarily to the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD), but also to
wider Government agencies and organisations.
VEGA heads several bespoke consortia under the catalogue's IS
Consultancy Services category to provide independent services
across the UK MOD.

FATS3
VEGA is a qualified supplier through the UK MOD's Framework
Agreement for Technical Support (FATS3), which is the third
version of the contract that was initiated to open up the
marketplace without increasing the time it takes to task suppliers.
The contract is supported by the 'Market Knowledge Matrix' (MKM),
which is a database of suppliers' capabilities based on the Defence
Technology taxonomy.
The MKM is based on many Areas of Capability (AoC) covering the
A to Z of technology and technical support functions used by the
MOD.
